SHIPLYS: Project Deliverable D3.1 Released

This paper provides an overview of existing tools and approaches for early ship design with specific focus on advance design tools, prototyping, production management etc. in regard of their applicability to the SHIPLYS Project. It creates the foundation for the development steps of the Project such as selection of technologies, algorithms and software development and integration.
