Topgallant™ Communication Server provides an infrastructure that transforms isolated legacy systems into a network of collaborating components. Communication Server connects Topgallant Adapters, which can be located on virtually any computer. Adapters both provide and consume information from legacy systems, and Communication Server ensures message exchange between Topgallant Adapters.

Topgallant Communication Server can support a single or distributed environment using public or corporate networks. Security and encryption mechanisms protect exchange of proprietary data. Intranet and extranet connections are set up easily by use of the included administration tool.

Implementation

Topgallant Communication Server is easily installed by configuring the server topology and by establishing the communication paths. For intranet operation minimal configuration is required.

Configurations are fully dynamic and can be changed at any time to reflect changes in scale, organization, and individual preferences.
