The First of a Family of Production Support Applications

Topgallant™ Production Monitor is the first of a family of production support applications for the Topgallant product suite. Production Monitor supports production engineers with product and production information integrating comprehensive status reporting, tracking, and control. 3D product viewing is combined with detailed calendar and scheduling views to form a virtual shipbuilding production environment.

Product design and assembly definitions form the basis for all production tasks. Production Monitor provides a new level of production support by combining planning and scheduling information with design and assembly into one application. A status-reporting feature associates and stores status and work progress information with model information. Real time, up to date status reports can be validated with respect to planned production schedules. The status tracking facility also checks the status of production progress, as well as processes.

Utilizing Topgallant Information Server, Production Monitor becomes the single point of information access for engineering and production, greatly reducing the need for paper-based communication in production.

Topgallant Production Monitor is available as a standalone or Web application, providing maximum flexibility.
