On January 1, 2024, the 3-year project EcoShipYard was kicked-off. It is co-funded by the European Union’s Horizon Europe research and innovation program and aims to contribute to the EU’s environmental and climate goals by effective monitoring of shipyard environmental performance, reduce emissions from processes and promote a circular economy in the shipbuilding sector.
